Large residential development in Oakwood

This development has progress a long way in a short period of time. The site has had to have piled foundations due to the proximity of trees affecting the stability of the soil. Since piling the contractor within 1 month has built brickwork up to first floor level and is now demolishing part of the house to prepare for the next stage, involving a first floor extension and loft conversion.

New matching brickwork has been toothed into the existing facing brickwork. Existing bay windows have been stripped back and will be re-built in a manner that promotes energy efficiency.
