The MSK Design Team
The team at MSK Design is led by Michael Koutra. Michael’s experience over the past 15 years involves working in several practices undertaking high-end residential, residential new build, residential and commercial interiors, refurbishments, student accommodation, commercial use (and change of use), public sector for schools, sport centres, and private healthcare projects. Michael has also been involved in several high profile residential developments working at MCD, including ‘The Violin Factory’ featured in Grand Designs. The most recent development achieved at this unique property was for the new roof garden located amongst the rooftops of Waterloo. Michael led the planning and design aspect of this development; he unwrapped the complexities of local planning policy, and managed the local community to enable planning consent to be gained. The roof at ‘The Violin Factory’ is now a very desirable amenity space.
